Radoslaw Gospos holds a PhD in chemical engineering from Gdansk University of Technology in Poland. Radoslaw has over 20 years of hands-on experience in refining industry. He joined ORLEN in 2000 and worked in different positions, currently he is on a position of Expert at ORLEN, Strategic Research and Development Projects Department. He is also English/Polish technical translator in the field of chemical industry, law and economics certified by Polish Federation of Engineering Association. Radoslaw was also a speaker at major refining and petrochemical events such as European Refining Technology Conference (ERTC), 9th Annual Global Refining & Petrochemical Summit, 7th Global Refining Summit and others. He is very passionate about modern technology in the refining industry especially regarding innovating R&D projects, energy efficiency and process optimization.

With over 12 years of experience in the exploration and production sector, Alejandro is a Drilling Engineer who leverages Artificial Intelligence and data analytics to optimize Well Construction operations. Alejandro works for Wintershall Dea, developing and implementing innovative digital solutions that harness the knowledge captured during operations and empower data-driven decision-making.
Alejandro holds a strong technical background in drilling and completions, with experience in wellsite supervision, project execution, and cost-effective drilling and completion design. He has a proven record of supporting global business units and is passionate about advancing drilling technologies and solving complex challenges collaboratively.
Diogo Lino Passos Machado

Diogo has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a master’s degree in communication networks, both from Fluminense Federal University, at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
He works at Petrobras for 17 years, having led the development and implementation of several IT and Telecommunications projects for Upstream and Downstream areas, in Brazil and abroad. Also, he led the operation and maintenance team that supports IT systems for Industrial Automation.
Diogo is currently the IT Manager of Business Partner and software development areas for Midstream and the head of the Center of Excellence of Industrial IoT at Petrobras.
Mikhail Naugolnov

Mikhail Naugolnov has over 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector covering both technical and economical aspect among R&D and digitalization in Petroleum industry. He has a degree in ‘Petroleum engineering’ along with a PhD in ‘Economics of digitalization of oil company’. He has held several technical positions in the R&D area in the past and at present contributing to the digitalization of Serbian national oil company as a Head of Digital Projects Department.
